Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Senior Sales Analyst will play a critical role in maximizing financial and operational efficiencies for our sales department. Partnering with our finance, planning, sales and marketing leaders, you will facilitate sales forecasting and reporting that delivers insight for a bakery with more than 700 total staff members that create delicious cheesecakes and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities
Heres more of what youll get to do:
Annual and quarterly forecast with weekly updates
CRM implementation and administration - For Example: Creatio, Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics
Sales team training on CRM tools
Create and analyze monthly sales reporting by segment/broker/customer/sku compared to forecast to determine sales trends and opportunities
Analyze retail and distributor sales reporting to direct future sales efforts
Prepare monthly reports for customers and for the sales team
Utilize RetailLink, Repositrak and other customer management systems to obtain relevant data
Sales team KPIs
Prepare customer business reviews as needed
Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, special projects and other Sales department support as needed
Qualifications
What we require:
5 + years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis with a minimum of 2 of those years in Sales.
3+ years experience as an administrator of a SaaS based CRM.
Strong knowledge of Sales forecasting modeling and collaborative planning.
Exceptionally strong spreadsheet modeling (Excel) and presentation software (PowerPoint), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data visualation software.
Knowledge of finance and the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, Mathematics or related field.
What we prefer:
Retail Link and Repositrak customer management systems experience.
Sales and Operational Planning experience.
Manufacturing sales experience, food manufacturing a plus
